For years, I played by the rules. Fresh out of school, I thought success would come when the "right" company discovered me, when the "perfect" boss promoted me, when some external force decided I was worthy.
I jumped between 10 organizations, always waiting for permission to become the leader I knew I could be.
Then I had a revelation through a coach, that changed everything: No one is coming to validate you. The power was mine all along.
The day I stopped asking "Am I ready?" and started declaring "I am ready," my entire world transformed. Suddenly, promotions came faster. Opportunities multiplied. My income grew exponentially. But more importantly - I finally felt free.
